1. Venue Authorization: You affirm that you are the authorized owner, operator, or representative of the venue listed in your registration.
2. WhatsApp Messaging & Anti-Spam: You agree to broadcast WhatsApp invitations and offers only to guests who have given explicit opt-in consent through your venue's QR interface.
3. Service Plans & Billing: Free tier is provided at ₹0/month. The Plus tier is ₹199/month. WhatsApp messaging charges are billed separately according to consumption.
At BeSocial, your privacy and your guests' data security are paramount.
1. Encryption & Security: Guest contact phone numbers and personal names are strongly encrypted (AES-256-CBC) at rest. We never sell, share, or cross-market customer lists between venues.
2. Venue Isolation: All customer data and feedback collected through your QR code remain strictly segregated to your venue workspace.
3. Data Retention: Guest opt-in records and private feedback can be exported or purged by the venue administrator at any time.
